Jennifer Bush

I’m Jennifer, a user experience writer and design manager based in Silicon Valley.

I’ve worked at big companies and startups, including Apple, Google, Microsoft, Houzz and Danger. As a UX manager, I’ve developed and led high performing teams of writers and designers, launching delightful and impactful products and services.

As a UX writer, I’ve written hardware installation and setup experiences, subscription onboarding, app user interface text, voice UI and chatbots, push notifications, customer emails, growth content and more. I’ve never met a legal disclosure I didn’t want to improve.
