I'm Jennifer, a content design leader based in Silicon Valley with experience at Apple, Google, Microsoft, Houzz, and Danger.

I build and lead high-performing teams of writers and designers, and have launched products and services across hardware, mobile, and voice. I care as much about the systems and practices that produce good content as I do about the content itself.

As a writer, I've worked across the full range from onboarding, growth, and subscription experiences, to chatbots, notifications, and legal. I've never met a disclosure I didn't want to improve.
